Surface preparation
Roof preparation is an integral part of the cleaning process. Mechanical removal of excessive, bulky vegetive material is undertaken using scraping tools. We power jetting this has the potential to degrade the some roof surfaces.
What we do
Using our own mobile Mi Tower, working from the gutter line we use the purpose-built Freemans Flexi-Scraper attached to long reach carbon poles and gently scrape as much moss and algae from your roof tiles as possible. We then clear all guttering/downpipes.
Treatment application
The softwashing method was developed for the treatment of roofs, walls and general amenity. It is non-aggressive in nature. The system comprises the chemical and equipment to deliver effectively and safely onto the roof. The process is particularly suited to porous materials such as mineral tiles and slates
